Once your ticket is created or replied. There's an email sending to your email box, it will notify you we have replied your ticket. Remember to check your spam folder if it's not in your inbox.
If you want to change your shipping address:
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us via Etsy message (not here in case we can't read it in time). The person in our company who is in charge of the shipment will directly see it. You can only change your shipping address prior to the shipment.
How can I track my current tickets?

- Find your ticket tracking ID in your previous email, it should be in this format: XXXXXX
- In "Email" box, type your email address, system will automatically send you an email including the link to view your ticket.
